Equipment role

Vibrating Feeder Application

The vibrating feeder transfers block and granular material from hopper or stockpile to crushers, screens or conveyors in a controlled and continuous way. The technical manual describes use of an efficient exciter to withstand large-block impact and improve feeding capacity.

Selection starts from material condition and plant target, then moves into machine model, chamber configuration, drive power, foundation, conveyor routing and long-term wear-part planning.
