Equipment role
Ruilong circular vibrating screens are used to separate aggregate and mineral material by size. The equipment uses a screen box, vibrator, support device, coupling and screen mesh; material stratifies and passes through openings as the box makes continuous circular motion.
Selection basis
Selection starts from material condition and plant target, then moves into machine model, chamber configuration, drive power, foundation, conveyor routing and long-term wear-part planning.
Technical parameters
Representative parameter data is organized for preliminary selection. Final model selection should be confirmed against material test data, feed grading, operating hours and plant layout.
